I found it more convenient listening to a book then reading a book.I would listen to it folding laundry or doing dishes. At this time my house was in chaos but something in the book helped me. But regardless how you take the information in, this book is a magic trick into beating procrastination. Counting down 5,4,3,2,1. It sounds silly, but it really does.
