Looking back, I realize that this small act was like seeing the tangible results of having completed the dishes, which gave a sense of accomplishment. That part stood out to me. Over time, these little habits become second nature, and through them, you’ll come to appreciate just how powerful and transformative the right routine can be for your daily life.
Having a routine should not feel as if you are being restricted from enjoying a fun and fulfilling life.
